These plots date back in part to the creation of the farm more than 100 years ago in the town of Emeringes. Ingenious, Dominique's great-grandfather, Mr. Besson, obtained a bronze medal at the Lépine competition in 1910 for the invention of a filter press. With a beautiful sparkling ruby color, this wine opens with notes of fresh red fruits which are found in a round and delicious mouth.
