This is a great aperitif into any meals and occasions, with inviting floral notes of orange blossom and hibiscus. At first taste this reminds me of having a cherry Jolly Rancher.
The palate brings back childhood memories of strawberries and cream. The Syrah based wine brings plenty of cherry and orange notes, balanced by limestone lemon peel in the finish.
This bubbly Rosé can be paired with a wide array of foods including sushi, seafood, Asian Cuisine and desserts.
