There are plenty of notable native Spanish grapes which have made a big impression on the wine world at large, but none are as renowned or as widely loved as the Tempranillo varietal.
To the eye: Intense ruby red with cherry tones.
On the nose: Mild aromas of red berries enveloped in the touches of vanilla typical of oak-aged crianzas.
In the mouth: rounded, ripe fruit and smooth tannins.
Pairing(s): grilled meat, Meat, paellas and pastas., Perfect with a meal or a tapas, grilled meats, casseroles and mature cheeses. Easy to drink it begs a second glass!
