matrix of ripe raspberry, milk chocolate, charred French oak, and crème brûlée. The soft finish sings with vanilla bean. Enjoy this delicate Pinot Noir with grilled salmon served with charred lemon slices and a salad dressed with a simple vinaigrette and Goat Cheese.
