Crafted by the father and son winemaking duo, Charlie and Will Hoppes of the Fidelitas winery fame. This wine is dedicated to the Matriarch of the family, Mary, who lived to the ripe old age of 100.
The 2020 vintage is 100% cabernet varietal sourced from vineyards they have worked with for decades.
On the nose we get black cherry, baking spices and red plum. The palate is rich and full with polished tannins, black currant, cedar and strawberry. Open and drink right away.
Great paired with BBQ, roasts, pasta etc. Drink now thru 2030
