Almahue Valley is located 70 miles South East of Santiago, Chile 40 miles far from the Pacific Ocean and 25 miles from the Andes Mountains.
Color: Intense ruby.
Aroma: Fresh red fruits, such as plums and cherries. Delicate notes of sweet spices. Very elegant.
Palate: Concentrated body with balance and permanence. Intense tannic structure and round on the palate. Long persistent on the palate.
Service and Recommendations: Decant for 1 hour and serve at 16 ° C (60 ° F). Ideal companion for meats such as lamb and slow cooker dishes. It can be consumed now but it still has a storage potential of at least 10 more years.
