Tasting Notes
A velvety smooth Rhone Blend with good depth of color. Well-rounded with a concentration of blackcurrant, cherry and peppercorn. A full-bodied with grippy tannins and a hint of blueberry on the palate.
The Vineyard
Grapes were sourced from vineyards in the Costal Region on mostly clay-loam soils. The vineyards are meticulously farmed and managed.
Winemaking
The Shiraz were harvested fully ripe, in the early morning. slight After crushing the must was cold-soak for a week before the onset of fermentation. Selected Rhone yeast strains were used. The wine spent 12 months in barrels.

Ribeye steak with spicy sauces, Oxtail with black peppercorn.
