The world of wine can be limited by traditions and regulations, but some of the greatest discoveries are born when the rules are broken. We believe anything should be possible in the world of wine. The only categories we want to be in are Delicious and Fun.
The Diver is our California Sparkling wine series. Both Diver wines are made in the Charmat method and contain about two bars of pressure creating a soft, Prosecco-like texture. This leads to an easy, enjoyable, and bubbly drinking experience.
Great paired with salty and spicy flavors, Shellfish, Thai food and salads. Or perfect on it's own!
My goal in starting a wine collective is to hand pick a unique, fun variety of wines from all over the world.
