Its nose, generous, ample and pure displays exquisite chalk, sea, iodine characteristics. Citrus, lime and lemon peel give a taste of perfect citrus and bubbles. Fresh fern notes add their touch to this high quality complexity.
The primary notes of grey stone and fresh chalk on the palate veil citrus and Granny Smith flavors. Finely textured and remarkably persistent across the palate, the finish exceptionally lengthy confirms its inherent saline fragrances.
