On the Palate: Gold-green color. A clear and precise wine, salt and flexible, anise. Finish is soft and warm. Serve between 53°and 57°C. Pairs well with: Fish, seafood and shellfish, grilled or in a cream sauce. Poultry and grilled white meat.
Terroir
The Premier Cru Vau de Vey vines cling on to a very steep slope. Located on the left bank of the Serein River and facing East, this terroir gives us rich and delicate wines with a marked minerality.

Since the beginning, Jean-Marc Brocard is committed to a healthier culture, respectful of its environment. In 1997, a plot of 11 hectares of Chablis is conducted in organic and biodynamic.
This first step allows us to observer force and reflection, to better understand this work philosophy. A learning every day for the domaine and its teams.
Today, 60 hectares are certified organic farming and biodynamic 40 hectares.
