85% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre A Côtes du Rhône with a well-defined style, made from more than 250 parcels mainly located in the southern Rhône Valley on a variety of soils: clay, pebbles, limestone, sand.
Vinification
Manual harvesting. Fermentation at moderate temperature to favor the soft diffusion of aromatic compounds.
Ageing
Short aging in concrete tanks to favor the purity of the fruit and the expression of the grapes. Aged 80% in concrete vats and 20% in wooden truncated cone vats.
