Sustainable 100% Chardonnay
White wine. Côte Chalonnaise, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. Produced from a small parcel of 70-year-old vines planted on blue marl soils. Whole grapes are pressed using a pneumatic press, followed by a natural yeast fermentation in oak barrels (20% new). Matured on the fine lees for 10 months. The bouquet features notes citrus fruit and orange blossom. The palate is well balanced, with tightly packed pear and dried mango notes, dominating on the pleasant and lengthy finish.
